Facilitation Fee
· elite-only Pty charges a facilitation fee of 15% which is calculated as a percentage of the sales price on completion of the checkout process.
· The sales price as loaded by the Vendor carries the facilitation fee of 15%.
· elite-only is entitled to this fee after completion of the Transaction.
· elite-only may, in elite-only’s sole discretion, change some or all of the services offered on elite-only’s platform and Fees charged at any time.
· The facilitation fee will be earned once the return period as stipulated by the CPA has been met, at which point thereafter any recoupment or processes instituted will be in terms of the direct relationship and nexus with the vendor.
